Jessica discovered the potential of pay-per-click advertising while working as a Sales Manager at Logical Position, one of the largest Google Ads agencies in the country. There she worked with thousands of businesses and saw a pattern: as large firms grew, accounts were checked once a month, fees went to sales and management overhead, and clients churned. She founded Universally Found to do the opposite, with a small client base, low overhead and hands-on, weekly management.
Before focusing on business advertising, Jessica worked in entertainment marketing. She served as Marketing Manager for Zendaya at KZC Entertainment, and as Creative Director and Celebrity Media Specialist at LOL Social Media Group, where she managed celebrity talent and led creative direction, website management and social media for young actors and musicians.
